Valentine’s Day 2013

First off, had to be at work (Frosted Cupcakes) at 6am!  This is my first bakery Valentine’s Day, hectic but great.  My day started out with one of my downstairs tenants parking behind me in MY driveway, not their driveway!  Luckily I had enough room to back up a little so I just drove ON THE LAWN!  I stopped at Starbucks on the way to work and treated myself to a Soy Caramel Macchiato.  At work I started bangin’ out cupcakes; around 537 cupcakes.  We also had so many pre-orders and deliveries.  Our menu was:

Salted Caramel
Chocolate Raspberry
Carrot Cake
Peanut Butter

Bittersweet Chocolate Truffles rolled in Cocoa Powder or Pistachios

Mini Cheesecakes
Sold balloons from Up company
On my lunch break I took myself to Graze and got grilled cheese and homemade tomato soup.  Along with that I read Madeline’s book The Glass Castle.  On my way home from work I went to Coffee Cravings and got an Iced Americano.  When I got home Martha gave me a Valentine’s day bag with my favorite thing inside, Patisserie macaroons!!!  In the evening I went to Frog Hollow so Dad ordered a Papa Murphy’s heart pizza.  Good day & got to work with my favorite co-worker who quit last October, Madeline!
